Two 10-story office buildings and two 6-story office buildings with a combined square footage of 800,000 square feet. The project also includes covered parking decks.

All four buildings will be "green" with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Completion of the entire project is scheduled for 2008.
