March 21, 2008 - The Johnson Division of Cox Schepp has been awarded the $6 million Litchfield project located in Litchfield Beach, South Carolina.

April 11, 2008 - McGraw-Hill announces Cox Schepp is ranked 11th in North Carolina and 51st in the Southeast United States for the year 2007.

April 2008 - The national convention of the Urban Land Institute will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC. Cox Schepp will be represented by Michael Dodson, Director of Green Building.

April 24, 2008 - The Charlotte Golf Tour, developed by Jim Schepp, will begin its 2008 season at NorthStone Country Club in Charlotte, NC.

July 25-26, 2008 - Cox Schepp will be participating in the 24 hour cycling event of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Roy Johnson, Safety Director at Cox Schepp is spearheading our participation with many employees taking part in the actual event.
