:: 11-story residential condominium building near uptown Charlotte. The facility is comprised of 112 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The building also includes an additional seven top floor-penthouses. The 0.8-acre site, about a block from the Dowd YMCA, has unobstructed views of the uptown skyline on one side and the Dilworth tree canopy on the other. Merriman Schmitt/ Architects designed the project. Clayco, a St. Louis based general contractor, is a joint venture partner with Cox Schepp to build it.
