The Haven at Celebrate
Fredericksburg, VA

Charlotte based Cox Schepp Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that “The Haven at Celebrate”, a 10 building 232 unit multifamily complex in Fredericksburg, Virginia has eight buildings Green Certified by the NAHB Research Center and two additional buildings are in process to be Green Certified by the NAHB Research Center to the National Green Building Standard, according to Wayne Hedin, Project Manager. It is our understanding that this is the first multiunit complex of its kind in Virginia to achieve this designation.

The project was built in conformance with ICC-700-2008 National Green Building Standard.

Cox Schepp worked as a subcontractor to National Renewable Energy Corporation (Narenco) constructing 5252 solar panels on the roof of National Gypsum. This project was in conjunction with Duke Energy.
