Value Enhanced Services

Virtual Design & Construction [VDC, BIM, IPD]

At Cox Schepp, we define VDC as "a process which utilizes various digital tools, such as BIM, to integrate design and construction knowledge and leverage that information to improve all aspects of a project."

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is about organizing all of the information we collect about a project. The model is a collection of that information, organized by a three dimensional digital image that makes it easier than traditional drawings and documents to understand and navigate.

Green Construction

Every year, green building becomes more important to the overall construction process. At Cox Schepp, we have established it as a premier service and have become the largest green builder in the Carolinas (51st in the United States).

Asset Solutions Group

Asset Solutions Group is a service of Cox Schepp that takes a hands-on approach to dealing with non-performing assets for our clients. We analyze the situation, determine a cost and then put boots on the ground to deliver results in a quick and cost-effective manner.
