Cast-in-place concrete commercial office project includes two levels of underground parking, ground floor retail and three elevated levels of Class “A” Office Space. Three sides of the subterranean parking structure supports city roads and is designed with concrete retaining buttresses.
This project is designed to be LEED® Certified with baseline certification.
Exterior features of the building include an old world stucco finish cast stone, aluminum storefront windows and a synthetic slate roof.
