Project utilized slab on grade with wood and steel frame.  Interior included; google stair system, library shelving, polished concrete, luxury vinyl tile, high efficiency plumbing fixtures, LED light systems and state of the art security and data systems.

Exterior included; 36" vertical Mega-Rib panels with 12" Markee-Lok accent panels, recessed areas received Boral Shiplap composite siding.
