2025 Challenges:
New administration in Washington, how will business be impacted?
Tariff scares, price uncertainty?
Immigration crackdown, how will labor be affected?
Ukraine War, steel supplies impacted?
Interest rate climate, will rates drop and increase construction lending?
Aftermath of Hurricane HeleneÂ
The challenges were met and dealt with!
The old saying "most things we worry about never happen" was mostly true this year!
As we look back at 2025 and our successes, we consider the following:
Numerous projects completed for our repeat client, non-profit credit union including restoring two hurricane flooded branch buildings in Western NC.
Completed numerous  projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing clients in Rock Hill, SC.
Completed numerous projects for an automotive parts manufacturer in Fort Mill, SC.
Completed state of the art ground-up construction of a high end manufacturing building in Gastonia.
Completed a number of office interior upfits for repeat clients. Some clients we have been working with for over 20 years.
Most importantly, we will have completed 2025 with no accidents or injuries on our job sites!
We have added personnel to our company with a focus on quality and a family atmosphere
For 2026, which is hard to believe, we will be entering our 25th year of business!
We are very grateful for the relationships, friendships, and opportunities we have enjoyed.
We enter 2026 optimistic that we will continue to overcome what challenges we are presented with and continue to be successful for our clients, our team, and our families.
